Blend of Pinot and Chardonnay grape varieties made in the traditional method involving secondary bottle fermentation and kept on lees for a minimum of 18 months.
Delicate and fruity, this sparkling wine is eminently drinkable with a good soft texture, lots of lovely fine bead and length on the palate.
A lovely aperitif or serve with your favourite canapes, hors d’oeuvres or at the end of a meal with lemon gelati or other light citrussy desserts.
