Description
These grapes are from Colbinabbin and have been fully ripened and concentrated in flavour during the typically warm, dry Central Victorian summer.
The result is a mid-gold colour with fresh lively fruit aromas. Initially citrus on the palate, persistent tropical fruits follow.
Lovely as an aperitif and a delicious accompaniment to food, as suggested above. Also delicious with nutty cheeses, such as Swiss and Gouda with fresh pear and apple.
Best to drink now although will keep if carefully stored for a couple of years
