The palate is medium weight with mouth filling fruit and bright alive acid making a very versatile food wine. Soft velvety tannins are added in by the Pinot Noir.
The wine has a fabulous acid structure giving it a good ten year cellaring if you can keep your hands off the bottle for that long.
A very easy drinking, lovely and clean style that can be drunk just as easily by itself or fantastic with anything from simple bangers and mash through to a Tom Yum soup.
